Professional Bake Haven provides custom baking services including but not limited to custom cakes, artisan breads, specialty pastries, and catering services.

Ordering and Payment

• All custom orders require advance notice (minimum 48 hours for cakes, 2-4 weeks for wedding cakes)
• A deposit may be required for large orders
• Final payment is due upon delivery or pickup
• We accept cash, credit cards, and approved checks

Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup time
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to charges
• Custom cake orders cancelled less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable

Delivery and Pickup

• Delivery fees apply based on distance and order size
• We are not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery/pickup
• Pickup orders must be collected within 24 hours of completion

Quality Guarantee
